The Dominican Scholarship Assistance Fund, Inc. (DSAFI) successfully conducted its Capability Enhancement Training on March 16, 2025, with the theme “Future Ready: Job Readiness and Success Strategies for DSAFI Scholars.”
We were privileged to welcome Mr. Christian C. Antiquiera, MM, Human Resource Specialist II from the Civil Service Commission Regional Office V, as our distinguished resource speaker. Through his insightful discussions, he shared valuable perspectives on job readiness, career planning, professional development, and the competencies expected in today’s competitive workforce.
